Don’t forget your drains
Cleaning out your drains may not be at the top of your to do list when it comes to cleaning your sinks, but this helpful tip can make a huge difference. Pour some soda crystals down each, then use white vinegar spray and neat disinfectant, such as Zoflora, whilst boiling the kettle. Then once the kettle has boiled wash it all away with boiling water.
Cleaning your leather sofas
Get them looking brand new again, use leather wipes all over the backs, arms and cushions of the sofa before using some leather aroma spray, leaving it smelling clean and fresh.
Make your fridge sparkle
It’s important to keep your fridge clean and smelling lovely as much as possible. It’s advised to have a clean out and wipe down of your fridge at least once every 2 weeks. To do this, empty your fridge, removing all contents, including shelving and trays – but leave the bottom tray and fill with hot water and multi-purpose disinfectant, such as Zoflora. Then use this water to wipe down the insides and the outsides of the fridge before using cleaning paste to remove marks. Finally, leave to dry before filling it up again.
Keeping your bin clean
Your bin is another household item that can really make a difference to the ambience in the house. You want your home to look, feel and smell homely and so, keeping your bin clean is important. Once you’ve emptied the bin, use pine disinfectant to spray before pouring a capful of disinfectant into the bottom. Hose down, before using a cloth full of washing up liquid to wipe down the inside and outside of the bin before hosing it down again and leaving to dry.
