How to personalise

You'll choose from the highest quality specification and upgrades in your new home. From choosing your brand new kitchen down to the tiles in your bathroom, you’ll select from a range of samples by world leading suppliers to create spaces to suit your personality and lifestyle. Not all homes are available to personalise in full – look out for the ‘Personalisation’ symbol on homes available to reserve. 



Our quality kitchens range from contemporary handle-less to traditional handled and you can personalise your cabinets, worktops, splashbacks, appliances, and flooring to create a space that is versatile and beautiful. You can also add additional lighting and change sockets to create a luxury finish.


From stunning tiles by world-leading Porcelenosa to rainfall shower heads and backlit mirrors, you can transform your bathroom or ensuite into a spa-inspired oasis to relax and unwind. Sanitaryware by renowned Villeroy and Boch also comes as standard in every home.


Our modern fitted wardrobe ranges feature a selection of colours and finishes to suit everyone’s personal style, adding a contemporary storage solution that makes the most of the space. You’ll also the option to choose of quality carpets or laminate flooring to add a luxury finish to your bedroom.

One – Reserve a plot

When choosing a new home, look out for the Personalisation Available logo on the available plots. This lets you know that this plot is at the right stage for personalisation. 

Two – Get inspired

You’ll have the opportunity to select from our extensive range of personalisation options. From kitchen doors and worktops to floor and wall tiles for your bathroom, there’s so much to choose from. Ask the team for their advice on what colour combinations go well together, and take inspiration from other customers’ choices on Instagram by searching #MyStrataStory. 

Three – Confirm your choices

You’ll be invited by your Experience Manager to a Choices appointment, where you’ll confirm which options you’d like to select from your new home. Once the order is placed, your choices will be installed in your new home as part of the build process ready for when you move in. You’ll get a sneak peek of them when you visit your new home for the first time at Stage 7.
