Said to be one of the largest parks in Europe with more than 700 acres of woodland, lakes and gardens to explore, the nearest entrance to Roundhay Park is less than a mile from Identity, around a 15-minute walk. There’s a lakeside cafe and boating jetty, as well as a bowling green and children’s play area. 
At the top of Roundhay Park you’ll find Tropical World, just over three miles away. It’s a great day out for all the family with indoor topical gardens, a butterfly house, exotic birds, meerkats and crocodiles as well as a child friendly cafĂ©.

Primrose Valley is also a short drive from Identity. With picnic benches a plenty and lots of green space to enjoy, the park is great for spending the day with friends and family. With its scenic views over the city, and its woodlands and green spaces, it’s the perfect place to walk, cycle and let children and four legged friends run free. The Wyke Beck Way cycle route which runs through Roundhay Park to Temple Newsam passes through Primrose Valley Park. 

With quaint market towns such as Wetherby and Otley a short drive away, and historic Harrogate and York in easy reach, you’ll never be short of fun-filled ways to spend your spare time.

For students from 5-11 years, Manston St James Primary Academy is 9 minutes from home and is rated ‘Good’. Austhorpe Primary is another high rated school, just a shot drive away.

Identity is next to the A58 Easterly Road, which provides a direct route into Leeds city centre to the south-west, four miles away. 

The M1 is close by, getting you to Wakefield in around 30 minutes, and Sheffield in slightly over an hour as well as providing easy access to Nottingham and Leicester. The M62 is only ten miles away, so you can also reach Bradford and Huddersfield in under an hour. 

Seacroft Bus Station is just over a mile away, offering services throughout Yorkshire. The 4 and 4A go to Pudsey via Leeds city centre and the 770 and 771 run to Harrogate. The 50A bus service to Horsforth runs straight past our Identity development on Asket Drive, just a short walk away.
