Doncaster is a former mining town in South Yorkshire, close to the neighbouring cities of Sheffield and Wakefield. Doncaster is a town that’s looking to the future, while embracing its past. Many of the area’s historic buildings have been earmarked for improvements – including the recently-renovated Mansion House – while plans are also in place to future-proof the town.
