The HBF Star Rating is one of the most trusted indicators of customer satisfaction in the homebuilding industry. Every year, the HBF conducts its National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, asking homeowners across the UK about their experience with their builder. The results of this survey determine each builder’s star rating, which ranges from 1 to 5 stars.
To achieve a 5-star rating, a builder must receive a recommendation from at least 90% of homeowners who bought their new home. In the most recent independent HBF survey, 92% of Strata homeowners who completed the survey said they would recommend us.
