The excitement of watching your very own home being built to buying all you need to kit it out and make it tailored to you is such a great feeling - but before you get to that point, you’ll likely need to know how to reserve a new home with Strata.

Discover your dream home with the matching process

If you want to browse the homes we have on offer, we provide a handy matching process for you to play around with. This process allows you to enter your requirements on what you require from a home including location, size and more, then we do the rest - making things a lot simpler and speeding up the search for your dream home.

Take your home off the market

You can take your desired specific plot on hold for FREE for 48 Hours before making it official and reserving your new home. This secures your desired plot and ensures we don’t sell the house to anyone else in the meantime while you make a final decision.

A plot hold essentially gives you the security you need to return to the property, knowing it’s still going to be available to buy. Whereas if you don’t reserve your plot, you run the risk of losing the property to another buyer – which isn’t ideal, especially when you have your heart set on a particular home!

There are so many benefits to reserving a new build home early, such as having peace of mind that the property you want is yours to have, even if it’s not been built yet. Once you’ve visited the site, fallen in love with the property and decided to go ahead, you can put down the remainder of the deposit and the countdown to picking up the keys to your new home begins!
