Introducing Dean, one of our valued customers who bought their dream home with us in November of 2021.

Dean was on the search for the perfect place to call home for himself and his daughter, Liberty. After searching around, Dean finally found the perfect home; the Rosas. Unfortunately, all of these homes had already sold, so the search continued for an alternative.

Months passed and although Dean searched high and low for a similar home during this time, spending his free moments visiting a whole variety of different developers and homes, unfortunately, nothing compared to the stunning Rosas he initially fell in love with and imagined calling home.

On the verge of giving up hope, a Rosas came available as a complete coincidence. Just one quick call later and before you knew it, Dean was sat in our Welcome Centre ready to reserve his very own home, the one that was written in the stars.

Once Dean had secured his new home, he regularly visited our Rosas show home at Identity, Leeds to help his daughter plan her new bedroom design to make sure it was absolutely perfect! (How adorable!)

Buying your new home can be an emotional time, from watching it grow brick by brick to measuring where your furniture will fit perfectly or where you will hang your favourite photo of your family and friends. We completely understand; that is why you will always be welcome to visit our show homes and pop into our welcome centres for any advice and a coffee, we are here to support you every step of the way!
