Our Approach

Our Approach

Our customers don’t just want to buy a new home from us, they want to belong.

We want every customer to get the most from their home, which is why we love to see how they inspire and interact with one another. With regular events and online connections, our communities are growing all the time. When people make a commitment as big as buying a home, it’s important that their commitment is reciprocated. That’s why we stay in touch with our customers, offering support and sharing expertise at every step, long after we’ve handed over the keys. What we want is a lasting connection, and to be there for them whenever they need us.

“We really are obsessed with customer happiness. Through regular catch-ups, the whole team are involved. We all feel that customers are part of a long journey with us and everyone has a part to play. Relationships are everything, without them we wouldn’t have been successful. It’s not just a nine-month process. We never want that relationship to end.”

Matt Bloomer, Head of Customer Journey

Our customers

Our customers

We’re motivated by delivering great customer service and excellent customer experiences, but actually what we’re focused on is customer happiness. Whether you moved in yesterday or years ago, you matter to us.

Sustainability

We believe in the art of the possible; producing quality homes that are beautifully designed, sustainable and affordable, is completely integral to our journey.

Our homes may be our legacy but the quality of the lives of those who live in them is what truly matters. We want to help to establish communities that will, in turn, improve the lives of generations to come.

Low Carbon Homes

Through our Modern Methods of Construction, we have pledged to continue our mission to build high quality Low Carbon homes. Our Low Carbon homes are clever, not complicated, designed to enrich lives by making it easy to reduce environmental impact. Smart technology intuitively adapts to the unique needs of the occupier, learning over time about the way they live and adjusting accordingly to reduce energy costs and waste.

Homes for the future

Homes for the future

It’s not just bricks and mortar. Building houses means taking into consideration a multitude of factors, from finding the right site, to working with local authorities and architects to agree a vision and then taking the many decisions that see that vision rise from the ground to become new homes. Modern Methods of Construction mean we have many more options when we balance beautiful design with sustainability and affordability.

“The most important thing for me is the living environment that you give to a customer. It's fresher, it's cleaner and the health benefits alone will be huge. I’m immensely proud of what we have achieved so far.”
