Making your move simple
If you’re considering using the scheme to part exchange your home, our Part Exchange Manager will instruct two or three independent estate agents to value your home at no cost to you. They’ll also carry out a thorough market appraisal. They’ll also carry out a thorough market appraisal.
When we receive the independent valuations for your current home, you’ll receive an offer from us within five to seven days. During this time we will hold your plot for up to seven days while we process the application.
We’ll give you a guaranteed price, subject to the results of a survey and legal searches on the property.
