If you're looking for more space, or you’ve been struggling to sell your existing home, now could be the perfect time to buy. We offer a bespoke selling plan designed to help you move to your dream home.

Step 1

We prepare your personal selling plan including a sale price for your existing home based on the average of two independent valuations and a market appraisal report.

Step 2

We’ll hold your chosen plot for 7 days while we prepare your bespoke selling plan. Once the plan is ready, you’ll be given 48 hours to decide if you’re happy to proceed.

Step 3

If you’re happy with the bespoke plan, you will reserve your Strata home and we’ll list your existing home for sale.

Step 4

We manage the sale of your existing home and work closely with the nominated estate agent to organise all viewings and enquiries.

Step 5

We present offers received to you and guide you through negotiations until a suitable offer is accepted.

Step 6

We track your home sale to ensure your chain is progressing as expected while you enjoy planning for your new home.

Things you need to know

Wherever possible we will find a buyer that is happy to wait until your new home is ready. However, on occasion this may not be possible, and you may need to leave your current home and find alternative accommodation until your new home is ready.

Could Part Exchange be right for you?

If your chosen home is ready within two months, we may offer to buy your existing home in Part Exchange rather than using the Help to Move.
