Our Winter Wellbeing Morning held on the 29th November 2023 was centred around the theme of Kindness, where the team were given time to come together and participate in activities that demonstrated kindness to each other, the community, themselves and to nature.

Throughout the course of the morning, 70 Christmas themed planters were made that the team could take home to gift to a friend or family member.

A number of natural fat-balls were made to pop in the garden as a food source for local birds, and over 50kg of litter was collected from the local area by team members and supply chain partners, providing a kindness to the nature around us and the local community who interacts with it.

We also created over 60 festive Christmas cards using a combination of arts and craft supplies and repurposed Christmas cards from team members. The Strata family all contributed and addressed the cards to residents in local nursing homes to share some festive cheer in the local area, allowing our team members to come together and connect with the local community.
