A community where people can FLOURISH

We believe that no matter what the tenure, everyone should have a place in which they can flourish. In 2024, we began work on a development of 50 Affordable Rent homes in partnership with Harworth Estates and Great Places Housing Association in our hometown of Doncaster.

Homes for tomorrow

Creating more sustainable homes for future generations is a shared value between ourselves and the partners we work with. The Flourish scheme encompasses new technologies to enable residents to heat their homes and hot water through air source heat pumps, removing the need for conventional boilers.

Supporting future generations

In all communities we build, we work with local schools and groups to support our future generations. In Doncaster, we’ve already delivered over 30 hours of school outreach to over 700 students, including workshops, career events and employability skills, with many more opportunities in the pipeline.
