The heart of the home deserves special attention, and our kitchen choices are all carefully considered to reflect the latest design trends, but also form practical, elegant spaces that will provide the perfect backdrop for making memories for many years to come. The sink, taps, oven, hob and extractor are all fitted as standard, but our interior designers also hand select a range of colour and texture options for you to choose from, so it’s easy to create the kitchen you’ve always dreamed of.

Bathroom

Our family bathrooms are designed to feel light, clean and airy, providing a welcoming space to refresh and relax. Contemporary Villeroy & Boch white sanitaryware is complemented by your choice of Porcelanosa tiles, helping you to create a luxurious spa-inspired finish in your home.

Ensuite

Every Strata master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with spacious shower and Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, giving you a calming, private space to prepare for the day ahead, or even find some time to indulge and unwind.

External

Your new home will feature quality UPVC windows and doors as standard, with maintenance-free, unique designs which reflect the character of your home, and your garden will be surrounded by a classic wooden stained fence to ensure you can enjoy the space in private.

All Strata homes offer unrivalled designs, high specifications and thoughtful details, but we also like to give our customers the opportunity to add extra touches to make it their own. Our personalisation range allows you to select additional choices, such as flooring or additional lighting, to bring your new home to life.
