Living in North Yorkshire
North Yorkshire is the largest of Yorkshire’s four counties, and the largest county in England. Renowned for its manmade and natural beauty, it’s undoubtedly one of the UK’s most idyllic places to live.
The region includes not one but two national parks, in the form of the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors. Found at opposite ends of the county means that no matter where you live in North Yorkshire, you’re never too far from incredible landscapes. Between them is almost a million acres of open countryside and many thriving towns and cities, and all this could be yours with our new homes in North Yorkshire.
The medieval city of York is the largest in the area, and its ancient, cobbled streets need no introduction. York’s suburbs are leafy and well equipped, while the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate is a short drive away. Both benefit from excellent road access along the A1(M), while villages and small towns along the route, - such as our Panache development in Sherburn-in-Elmet – are ideally located for commutes to Leeds and the m62 corridor. Wherever you choose, you’ll be delighted by our new build homes in North Yorkshire.
