We are looking to buy a new home so we thought we would check out the Strata Esteem development in Dishforth. Olivia welcomed my wife and I with such enthusiasm and made every effort to answer all of our questions. She was so pleasant, honest and knowledgable. This has been the best sales experience we have ever had when searching for a new build house. Olivia gets 5 out of 5 stars! We actually found a house that we thought would suit the bill but sadly it wasn’t available. Olivia made every effort to try and sort something for us with head office but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. Many thanks for all of your help Olivia. The search continues in Harrogate.

Overall we are fairly early in our journey with Strata, but if our experience with Oliva @Esteem is anything to go by, then this should be an enjoyable journey with the home we want (and expect) at the end. Olivia has been nothing but professional, informative, detailed, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Olivia. She has not only been at the end of a phone or e-mail when required, but equally importantly, she has responded within minutes to all enquiries. During site/showhome visits, Olivia has gone above and beyond with her assistance, even remaining on-site way beyond closing time to ensure our questions have been addressed or allowed us additional time in the showhome for our clarifications without any pressure. Moved in a week ago into one of the Capri’s at Strata Esteem. It is an absolute dream home. The views from our balcony are stunning and the whole house is impressive. We have moved several times over the years but this is our first new build. We chose the Strata Esteem site partly because of its ideal location for the various places we need to be, but also because of the impressive build quality and attention to detail that has gone into designing our gorgeous new home. We moved here from the other end of the country, and from start to finish have experienced excellent communication with the Sales team, even during lockdown - all queries/ concerns were dealt with professionally and efficiently, and our Experience Manager Tami never failed to return a call or follow up any issue promptly. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival, and the welcome pack containing a variety of high end locally sourced treats was a lovely surprise! Since moving here both Tami and the friendly site team have looked after us wonderfully , nothing is ever too much trouble , whether it is seeing to the inevitable minor snagging jobs that come with every new build, help with rubbish disposal before the council got round to delivering our wheelie bins or putting us in touch with trusted tradespeople for independent extra work we wished to carry out. We are very happy here ( so far! ) and feel very supported and confident that any further issues that may arise will be dealt with in the same friendly and positive manner. 10 out of 10 for excellent customer care, and for a truly beautiful new home. Very excited to be part of the birth of a brand new community!
