The Catania is a beautifully proportioned, detached four bedroom home that has been designed with growing families in mind. How do I reserve a plot online?
Once you have chosen the perfect plot for your new home, select the plot in the Current Availability section on the development or house type page. Click Reserve Now, follow the simple steps and the plot will be held for you.
How do I request a brochure?
You can download a brochure on the development page of your choice, or if you'd like us to post one to your home, select 'Request more details' and tick the 'Post me a brochure' option as part of the form.
How do I book a viewing?
Navigate to the development or home you would like to view and click 'Book a Viewing'. You can then select a convenient time and date for you.
How do I contact the Customer Care department?

A bespoke selling plan for homeowners

The Assisted Selling Plan is designed to help homeowners climb the property ladder. As part of the scheme, we will organise the sale of your existing home, making sure you receive the best possible price. This will allow you to reserve your new home with us.

We will create a personal selling plan, including a review of the property market in your area and an agreed sale price for your home based on two independent valuations.

We will work closely with the nominated estate agent to arrange all viewings and enquiries. All offers will be presented to you, and our Customer Experience Manager will guide you through the negotiation process. 

Once you accept an offer we will track the sale of your home, while you start planning for your brand new one. If your chosen home is ready within a four-month period, we may offer to buy your existing home in part exchange.

Overlooking the town is its famous 17th century castle, which is perfect for a family day out. Enjoy the spectacular views over Derbyshire, discover the lavish rooms of the Little Castle, explore the romantic ruined terrace range, and let little ones run free in extensive grounds and fun play area.

You’re also close to other historic buildings and towns, such as Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, Bakewell and Matlock, perfect for wandering through and relaxing at weekends, and of course you can walk, ramble or cycle through the beautiful Peak District.

Sherwood Pines is a beautiful forest area located less than half an hour away, with a wide range of outdoor activities on offer for couples and families to enjoy together. Bolsover has a range of schools and educational facilities to suit all ages. 

Bolsover Church of England Junior School is just a few minutes away, and The Bolsover School and Bolsover Infants School are also nearby, both of which were rated good in their last Ofsted inspections. 

The New Bolsover Primary School and Nursery is less than two miles from Promise, and offers education to three to eleven year olds. 

The Shirebrook Academy has almost 800 pupils aged 11-16 and is less than four miles away from your new home. 

Heritage High School is located around five miles away at Clowne, and is a comprehensive teaching almost 900 11-16 year olds.  

For further education, The University of Sheffield is easily accessible and is a world top 100 university.

Bondhay Golf Course’s idyllic location is the perfect setting for a game of golf with friends or colleagues. Just six miles away, its 18-hole course is often described as the only true championship standard course in the region, offering a formidable round of golf with water hazards coming into play on 4 holes. The 9 hole academy par 3 course is perfect for beginners, experienced players honing their skills and it also has a driving range and putting green.

Barlborough Links Golf Club is around ten minutes drive from Destnation 14 and is a 9-hole course and driving range. 

The Family Friendly Surgery is less than half a mile from your new home, and Bolsover also has a Health Service Centre on Welbeck Road and a Medical Centre on Castle Street, closer to the centre of town.

Only a short drive to the M1, Destination 14 is the perfect location for daily commuters with the city of Sheffield just 35 minutes away and Chesterfield, just 25 minutes away.

You can reach East Midlands Airport in around an hour, where you can fly to a range of European and Caribbean destinations.

Old Bolsover Yard Craft Courtyard and Cafe is in the centre of the town, and is home to a number of small independent businesses including Ethos Upcycling, Molly Felicity Designs and Thomas Taylor - Historical Ropemaker situated in a beautiful courtyard setting with The Coffee Cup Cafe providing refreshments. The Gallery at Old Bolsover Yard provides a unique shopping experience bringing together a number of local crafters and artisans offering something for everyone.

When its time to relax with coffee and a cake you could visit the Oven Door for savoury and sweet treats, or head to The Pump to try their home cooked breakfasts, lunches and cakes. Or why not enjoy afternoon tea with a view of the castle at The Coffee Cup?

Just six minutes from home you’ll find The Elm Tree, a beautiful, dog-friendly country pub serving locally sourced fresh meals. With indoor and outdoor dining you can enjoy the atmosphere and ambience of this wonderful country pub all year round. 

Old Orchard Plant Centre is less than ten minutes from home and is a lovely, local garden centre selling everything from bedding plants to olive trees and plant pots, so it’s easy to spruce up your new garden.  

Arrow Farm Shop, just 15 minutes away, is a family run business and is one of the few farm shops situated in the heart of a modern working farm. They pride themselves on getting the food onto the shop shelves as quickly as possible from the time of harvest. And with a dine in café, you can enjoy the farm fresh produce while you’re there.
