Only at the beginning of the process…
Only at the beginning of the process but went to the east Yorkshire Beverley site on Friday 13th and today to the hull Kingswood attraction site. Beth was Uber friendly, approachable, quick to answer questions and be honest about options. We have reserved a plot and even nipped back later to show a family member and it was no trouble. Impressed so far.

We have just recently purchased our new, beautiful home from Strata on the Attraction site. We are overwhelmed with how amazing our new home is and we are very impressed with the standard of the build. The team at Strata really do put their customers first. We part exchanged our old home and Melanie and Chelsea dealt with this. They were brilliant and really went above and beyond to help us and made the process very easy and stress free. We will be forever grateful to Beth for all her hard work, reassurance and kind words throughout the home buying process. Beth really does do everything in her power to help her customers and it made the home buying process much easier and enjoyable for us. We would also like to thank Craig and the builders on site for their amazing attention to detail and customer care. Craig was very attentive during our handover and home demonstration, taking the time to show us everything in our new home and making sure we were completely happy with everything. Our street is currently still a building site and the builders have been nothing but respectful and helpful, helping us carry items in on moving day and removing lots of our rubbish! At Strata customers really do come first and we are over the moon with our new home and the customer care we have received. We would 100% recommend Strata if you are going to buy a new build property, they really are the best!

We visited Strata Attraction this weekend to look at Show homes. We were always interested in the Seville - There was no show home but we secured a plot!! The homes were stunning and a very high standard compared to other new builds. Beth who was there to help us was fab! From start to finish
From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure to PX and buy through Strata. In a matter of weeks we now own our forever home. The finish to these homes are so much more then that typical new build style. Dream home style! Beth at attraction is the most kind and helpful person you could only hope to meet when going into something like this. From start to finish she has been an absolute gem! The site manager too! A lovely approachable guy and if any issues snagging ect, with a quick turn around he gets it sorted no problem. Would I go through this again? We purchased our lovely new 4 bed house in June 2021, and we can honestly say it’s been the easiest thing. Buying the house was simple and easy with everything explained to us, having a week to move in made it seamless from our old house to our new one and since moving in the customer care from Beth and Carl has been second to none. The minor snags we have had have all been dealt with quickly. We couldn’t recommended Strata enough and you get excellent value for money.

Attraction Hull. Since the beginning, Strata have been absolutely amazing. Beth at Strata has been really helpful and supportive and went above and beyond for us throughout the process and the purchase of our forever home. Nothing was too much trouble and Beth was always at hand to help. She kept us in the loop through out and she’s honestly the most genuine, loveliest woman. Having had previous bad experiences with other home builders it was lovely and refreshing to actually have someone that genuinely cares about us. The homes are beautiful and any snags are dealt with and rectified promptly. We only had a few touch ups that needed doing which was dealt with swiftly and to high standards. Once you have chosen the perfect plot for your new home, select the plot in the Current Availability section on the development or house type page. Click Reserve Now, follow the simple steps and the plot will be held for you.
How do I request a brochure?
You can download a brochure on the development page of your choice, or if you'd like us to post one to your home, select 'Request more details' and tick the 'Post me a brochure' option as part of the form.
How do I book a viewing?
Navigate to the development or home you would like to view and click 'Book a Viewing'. You can then select a convenient time and date for you.

A bespoke selling plan for homeowners

The Assisted Selling Plan is designed to help homeowners climb the property ladder. As part of the scheme, we will organise the sale of your existing home, making sure you receive the best possible price. This will allow you to reserve your new home with us.

We will create a personal selling plan, including a review of the property market in your area and an agreed sale price for your home based on two independent valuations.

We will work closely with the nominated estate agent to arrange all viewings and enquiries. All offers will be presented to you, and our Customer Experience Manager will guide you through the negotiation process. 

Once you accept an offer we will track the sale of your home, while you start planning for your brand new one. If your chosen home is ready within a four-month period, we may offer to buy your existing home in part exchange.

First Time Buyers: Buy a new home with 5% deposit

This government-backed scheme allows you to own 100% of your home and only pay 80% of the price upfront. You provide the 5% deposit and the government will lend you up to 20% as an equity loan. You can then apply for a mortgage based on the remaining 75% of the house price.
The Help to Buy: Equity Loan is available to first time buyers and is subject to eligibility, terms and conditions apply. Regional price caps do apply, and the Equity Loan is only avauilable on new build homes, built between April 2021 and March 2023.

Living in Kingswood gives you the best of all worlds. You're never far from all the centre of Hull has to offer, but there's also plenty to see and do much closer to home. The nearby Kingswood Retail Park has high street names, restaurants, entertainment and fitness facilities, and the Village Centre is home to a range of independent retailers as well as the health centre.

The area features miles of walkways, cycle tracks and green spaces, and is a short drive from the East coast and its many attractions. The Kingswood Academy is the 16th highest performing secondary school in the country, and the highest performing school in Yorkshire, making Kingswood  a great place to live whether you’re interested in learning or leisure.

Kingswood Retail Park, a seven-minute drive or 25-minute walk away, has everything you need for shopping and entertainment. Indulge in some retail therapy, catch a film at Cineworld or score a strike at Hollywood Bowl. You can also stock up on groceries at the Asda Superstore or M&S Food and fill up with fuel at the petrol station.

There’s a Co Op less than a mile away for last minute purchases and the odd pint of milk, and the Village Green Café Bar offers delicious, freshly made food, coffee and cocktails.

Whatever the age of your family, you can choose from a range of education options in Kingswood. 

The Lemon Tree Children's Centre has play sessions and family support sessions for children up to the age of five and is a 17-minute walk from Attraction.

The closest school to Attraction is Broadacre Primary School. It's open to children aged three to 11 and was rated good by Ofsted at its latest inspection.

For older children, St Mary's College is a 13-minute drive away. It's one of the best schools in the area, receiving an outstanding rating from Ofsted and is open to students aged 11 to 18. A-levels and BTEC qualifications are also available.

The University of Hull, 4.5 miles from Attraction, offers undergraduate, postgraduate and PHD qualifications in a wide range of subjects from Criminology to Drama, Marketing to Philosophy.

If you want to hit the gym, join a group exercise class or perhaps go for a swim, head down to David Lloyd Hull. Located three miles from Attraction, you can meet friends or wind down after your workout in its onsite café.

Hull Golf Club is less than half an hour away. This 18-hole course, designed by the legendary James Braid, was established more than 100 years ago and brings together keen golfers from all over Hull and beyond. 

Kingswood Surgery, an 18-minute walk from Attraction, is open six days a week. You’ll also find Boots Pharmacy across the road, and Highlands Health Centre is less than a mile away. 

The nearest hospital is Hull Royal Infirmary, six miles from the development. It has an accident and emergency department, as well as other general surgery, maternity services and diabetic medicine.
Health and Wellbeing at Attraction
In less than 20 minutes from home you can be on the A165, taking you to Bridlington and Scarborough - perfect for family days out on the coast.

Getting into the city is easy as the closest bus stop is just a four-minute walk away. Hop on the number 10 bus services to Hull Paragon Interchange and you’ll be in the city in around 35 minutes. If you’d rather drive, Holwell Road will take you into the heart of the city in less than 20 minutes.

Hull Railway Station, five miles away, has direct services to destinations such as London King’s Cross, Doncaster, Manchester and York.

If you feel like spreading your wings further, Humberside Airport is only 26 miles away.

Kingswood Retail Park has high street names such as Next, Argos and Matalan, and is only a mile away from Attraction. 

If you love fresh produce, Humber Bridge Farmers Market is just the place. Thousands of people flock there on the first Sunday of every month to buy delicious produce and handmade crafts, and you can join them in less than half an hour from home. 

Whitefriargate in Hull's Old Town is not to be missed. Wind your way through the historic streets to the Grade II listed Hepworth Arcade, with its host of quirky independent retailers.

Princes Quay in the centre of Hull is another place to get your shopping fix. Here you can find the likes of Superdrug, Topshop and many other favourite brands - plus there's a food court where you can refuel and revive during a busy day.
