The Seville is a classic townhouse, designed with large windows throughout to maximise the natural light, and create a feeling of space and calm. Anthem development in Beverley - Excellent customer care
I moved into my property at Anthem - Beverley back in November 2021 and at every stage Strata has been on hand to answer any questions and fix any snags promptly and with care. Josh, Beth and Rachel have all been fantastic and have always provided exemplary customer service. Buying a new build is always going to come with snagging issues, but as well as scheduled snagging fixes in the first few weeks and 6 months, Strata has always been on hand to resolve any ad-hoc issues. I would recommend Strata to anyone considering purchasing a new-build.

We are just coming up to 6 months in…
We are just coming up to 6 months in our property at Athem and have to say we couldn't be happier with the property. As this was the first new build we had bought and being a little appreciative we decided to get a snag inspection done early days. As with all home, we did have some snags (well below national average) but we were able to provide the document to Beth who just worked tirelessly with us to get them all sorted. Nothing seems like a problem and Beth went above and beyond make sure we were looped in throughout. Due to the time of year we moved in and global supply some snags took a little longer than expected but we got there and we're kept informed. Would definitely consider buying from Strata again. Thanks Beth and Team

Strata - Anthem Beverley - Great team!
Reassuring sales office during the buying process from Rachel at Anthem Strata, Beverley. Always on hand to offer advice and guide through the process. Really seems to care about everyone and very kind. Beth was ver helpful with the turf we received and was very friendly in the build up to moving in. Despite moving sites the week we moved in, organised a lovely bit of grass for the back garden. Josh the assistant site manager has been great. Helpful, courteous and a genuinely nice bloke. Organised a lot of contractors, responded to messages quickly and has gone above and beyond! Even the contractors are friendly people and it’s our second new build and so much more happier than our previous persimmon new build. We have quite a few snags but that’s normal with a new build and hopefully the customer care team continue the same level of service we have received from the team at Beverley. Would recommend to anyone, friends and family have been impressed with the house and just a lot more pleased with everything overall! Really good vibes from literally everyone on the site. They just get it!

I have visited the Anthem site in Beverley numerous of times. Rachel is so warm and welcoming, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really hope I can buy my dream house from Rachel , she is worth her weight in gold and I would feel Confident dealing with her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I visited the Anthem site in Beverley East Yorkshire. I was greeted my a warm helpful attentive Experience Manager Rachel Roy. Rachel went out of her way to make me welcome she was knowledgeable listened to what i was looking for and could not helped me anymore. She is a credit to your company. And the homes are beautiful.

Moved into my new house August 2021. Everything was done to a professional standard, of course there were a few minor issues but nothing too bad. Quality manager and other staff were always available, willing to listen and have been a massive help. All issues raised have been solved quickly and at a time that suited me. Customer care team also responded very quickly when contacted. Would recommend Strata to anybody.

Strata Beverley outstanding service
We are going through the process of buying a house for our Son to live in in Nottingham. As we live in East Yorkshire choosing the choices we’re difficult. We visited the Anthem development in Beverley which is near to where we live and spent a good few hours with Rachel Roy who was absolutely outstanding in every way . Despite us not buying in Beverley we were treated so so well with courtesy , professionalism, kindness and Rachel was so so helpful. In love with my new little house. Rachel in the office was amazing and made the whole process super easy. I moved in 5 weeks after putting a deposit down which was so perfect for me! Couple of little snags which are inevitable but Beth and the team were so quick at getting them fixed. Everyone on site is so lovely and nothing seems like too much trouble.

We reserved our house nearly a year ago now, off plans and we completed and got our keys yesterday. We still love the house as much as when we reserved it. When Rachel was appointed as our contact for anything and everything we definitely made use of having her contact details! We were in and out of her office and the show home a lot, but nothing was ever too much of an ask. We know her door is always open and we can pop in with a small query or a big concern. There are a few snags we've noticed, but nothing major and we're glad that a delay in putting the number on the door didn't stop us getting the keys! So far so good. We're not moving in for a couple of weeks as we have some external companies doing floors/blinds/garden for us, so we don't want to be living amongst boxes. Hopefully once we're in and settled I can give another glowing review!

Anthem, Beverley We had a nice time visiting the Show Homes and Rachel and her colleague were very honest and open about their plans including which homes are likely to be suitable for us as a family. We were a bit disappointed as we could not get a 3 bedroom property we were so hoping, but our fault as we had kept delaying the visit.

A bespoke selling plan for homeowners

The Assisted Selling Plan is designed to help homeowners climb the property ladder. As part of the scheme, we will organise the sale of your existing home, making sure you receive the best possible price. This will allow you to reserve your new home with us.

We will create a personal selling plan, including a review of the property market in your area and an agreed sale price for your home based on two independent valuations.

We will work closely with the nominated estate agent to arrange all viewings and enquiries. All offers will be presented to you, and our Customer Experience Manager will guide you through the negotiation process. 

Once you accept an offer we will track the sale of your home, while you start planning for your brand new one. If your chosen home is ready within a four-month period, we may offer to buy your existing home in part exchange.

First Time Buyers: Buy a new home with 5% deposit

This government-backed scheme allows you to own 100% of your home and only pay 80% of the price upfront. You provide the 5% deposit and the government will lend you up to 20% as an equity loan. You can then apply for a mortgage based on the remaining 75% of the house price.
 
The Help to Buy: Equity Loan is available to first time buyers and is subject to eligibility, terms and conditions apply. Regional price caps do apply, and the Equity Loan is only avauilable on new build homes, built between April 2021 and March 2023.
