I am in a process of buying a Saville at Anthem- Strata homes in Beverley. I found the sales manager Jen extremely helpful. She goes at length and takes time to explain each and every queries. I was bit nervous before buying Strata house as had never heard before about this company. However talking to Jen was very assuring. I hope this helpful support from strata's other site/central team would continue even after moving in .

Rachel & the team at Anthem are fantastic, and so is the Oporto!
We've been dealing with Strata for months during the process of buying our new home and everyone has generally been helpful, but what really made the difference to us was Rachel at the Anthem development.
Ever since we first called after having second thoughts on our reservation from another site she looked after us and made us feel at ease. As first time buyers we were new to the experience but she took us through every step in such a genuinely caring way and was (and is still) incredibly patient with our many questions. Not to mention she was basically our interior designer and helped us make the best decisions on the finish of the house.
Josh and Davy are both really personable and since moving in they both put us at ease about what needs to be done and we're confident that should we have any snags/issues they will be resolved quickly. The rest of the site team also seem friendly and are considerate of us even when working in close proximity.
Overall we're very impressed with Strata, the quality of the home, and Shannon was also very helpful at head office. It's been the team at Anthem that would really make us recommend this particular site to our friends and family.

Outstanding Customer Contact - James Oram
I wanted to take to Trust Pilot and thank James Oram for his outstanding customer contact.
James is courteous, efficient and I really can’t thank him enough for dealing with our recent dishwasher issue (4 months old and not working for the third time).
We had a cracked paving slab after the drive was tarmacked, a few days after emailing James, the slab was changed.
James, you are a credit to Strata.

Anthem development in Beverley - Excellent customer care
I moved into my property at Anthem - Beverley back in November 2021 and at every stage Strata has been on hand to answer any questions and fix any snags promptly and with care. Josh, Beth and Rachel have all been fantastic and have always provided exemplary customer service.
Buying a new build is always going to come with snagging issues, but as well as scheduled snagging fixes in the first few weeks and 6 months, Strata has always been on hand to resolve any ad-hoc issues.
I would recommend Strata to anyone considering purchasing a new-build.

We are just coming up to 6 months in…
We are just coming up to 6 months in our property at Athem and have to say we couldn't be happier with the property. As this was the first new build we had bought and being a little appreciative we decided to get a snag inspection done early days. As with all home, we did have some snags (well below national average) but we were able to provide the document to Beth who just worked tirelessly with us to get them all sorted. Nothing seems like a problem and Beth went above and beyond make sure we were looped in throughout. Due to the time of year we moved in and global supply some snags took a little longer than expected but we got there and we're kept informed. Would definitely consider buying from Strata again. Reassuring sales office during the buying process from Rachel at Anthem Strata, Beverley. Always on hand to offer advice and guide through the process. Really seems to care about everyone and very kind.
Beth was ver helpful with the turf we received and was very friendly in the build up to moving in. Despite moving sites the week we moved in, organised a lovely bit of grass for the back garden.
Josh the assistant site manager has been great. Helpful, courteous and a genuinely nice bloke.
Organised a lot of contractors, responded to messages quickly and has gone above and beyond! Even the contractors are friendly people and it’s our second new build and so much more happier than our previous persimmon new build.
We have quite a few snags but that’s normal with a new build and hopefully the customer care team continue the same level of service we have received from the team at Beverley.
Would recommend to anyone, friends and family have been impressed with the house and just a lot more pleased with everything overall! Really good vibes from literally everyone on the site.
They just get it!

Rachel went out of her way to make me welcome she was knowledgeable listened to what i was looking for and could not helped me anymore. She is a credit to your company. And the homes are beautiful.

Moved into my new house August 2021. Everything was done to a professional standard, of course there were a few minor issues but nothing too bad. Quality manager and other staff were always available, willing to listen and have been a massive help. All issues raised have been solved quickly and at a time that suited me. Customer care team also responded very quickly when contacted. Would recommend Strata to anybody.
