The 6 Easy Steps To Selling Your Home with Strata’s Assisted Selling Plan

  • Find your perfect match. Use our intuitive home search tool to find the right home based on what’s important to you.
  • We’ll prepare your tailored selling plan, which includes the price we recommend putting your existing home on the market at. This price is based on two independent valuations and a market appraisal report, to ensure you maximise value and get a swift sale.
  • A proper selling strategy can’t be rushed, so we hold your chosen new home for seven days while we prepare your bespoke strategy. Once the strategy is ready, we’ll talk you through the valuations and what we’re suggesting, then you can take a couple of days to go away and think about it before letting us know if you want to go ahead with our proposal or come back with any questions.
  • When you’re happy with the strategy, we’ll go ahead and reserve your chosen new home with you. We’ll also take professional pictures of your current home and instruct trusted local agents to get your current one on the market! Exciting times!
  • As the viewings and offers start to come in, our expert team will present you with offers and their thoughts on whether or not this is a fair price. You are always in control and have final say on whether an offer is accepted or not, but our team are also happy to guide you as much as you need during these negotiations.
  • We continue to work the chain attached to your current home sale to ensure everything goes through in the right timeframes for your new home. So, you can relax and enjoy getting ready for the move!
