Sally is our Forecast Manager, she is a champion for the quiet heroes among us. She brings to the team so much more than her role as Forecast Manager. It has been great to see Sally and her team really flourishing this year.
Over the past year the sales, forecast and legal team have broken the cycle, no more last minute battles with solicitors and estate agents to ensure we hit targets. The key has been getting ahead earlier in the year to allow everyone to focus on service. Great service is often about making things really easy and simple for the customer then adding that occasional sprinkling of magic.
