Meet Matt, our Senior Land and Partnerships Manager here at Strata.

Matt joined the Strata family just over three years ago as a Land Buyer before being promoted to Senior Land and Partnership Manager in the summer of 2022.

Matt is responsible for helping the Pre – Development team source and secure new land opportunities to allow us to build new homes and communities in the future. Who knows, Matt may have played a huge role in where your future dream home may be located!

Matt’s poem talks about how we are scouts, exploring the path ahead, and that is absolutely true! Each piece of land that we view has to resonate with us, it has to be meaningful and connect with the communities that we are creating, it is where many people will call their new home after all! We make sure to research each location, making sure that each detail is perfect. From great transport links, to the best place to get a coffee with friends or the best rated schools, we have considered everything to make it the perfect place to call home.
