Say hello to Jemma, one of our lovely customers.
Jemma and her family hold a special place in our hearts, her journey wasn’t easy to get to where she is now and it means the world that we were there to help her every step of the way.
We understand, buying your new home is a big deal. It is something that we fantasise about from a young age, what will my dream home look like? Where will I live? What will the neighbours be like?
That is why we will be here every step of the way during your new home journey, – and even afterwards too…just like Jemma! A member of the Strata team is always just a text, phone or email away to answer any questions you may have, whether it is big or small, nothing is too much trouble for us. Maybe you don’t have a question and simply would like to check in? Our welcome centres are always open with a hot cup of tea or coffee waiting for you inside.
Not to mention our regular Fika sessions that we hold on each development, this is the perfect time to get comfy, enjoy a selection of cakes and hot drinks and have a catch up with us on how you are settling into your new home whilst also meeting some of your new neighbours! Fika is just one of the ways we regularly stay in contact and support you through the exciting journey of buying your new home!
Jemma mentioned in her poem ‘I feel like I’m home and I’ve not felt that way before’ and that is why we do what we do here at Strata. We don’t create houses, we create homes. We create a safe place where you can be yourself freely.
The best things aren’t easy;
and this was hard.
Delays,
deadlines,
floods,
tears,
but at every step,
people rallying round,
invested
fighting for the house we needed.
We are not a 9-5 family.
There’s always a bit of chaos
under the surface.
This house eased the pressure.
It brought us together
by giving us space
and giving us time
to know each other
and ourselves.
We’ve such pride in this place
where there was none before.
This is a house we want to look after,
to care for.
It gives us that holiday feeling all the time:
fresh and clean.
I never thought I would own my own property;
to have something that’s mine,
that I can pass on.
This house is everything to me.
It wasn’t easy,
the best things never are,
but I feel like I’m home
and I’ve not felt that way before.
