Bethany joined us as a Quality Manager and found her calling out on site, she has recently been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. It’s always great to see our team really flourishing and feeling so passionate about what they do. 

The Quality Managers are the bridge between the production, sales and care teams, they monitor the quality of the homes we build and provide outstanding service to our customers in the first few weeks after moving in, ensuring the customer can settle and feel happy in their new home. This feels like the year we really start to see the benefit of the Quality Manager team.


Beth's Strata Story


When there’s immense pressure,
a world on my shoulders,
that’s when you get the best out of me.

Calls come in,
the jigsaw falls apart.
How do I fix this?
How do I break it down?
Chaos –that’s what I thrive on.

I want to be in on it,
part of the change,
looking ahead,
shaping the path.
“Give it a bit more fire.”
“Be a bit more Beth.”

I’ve never been as invested as I am now,
and if anyone pushes back,
I say, “just watch me.”
This is where I am meant to be,
this is my fate.

This job let me see
what I should always have been doing.
I’ve found myself
and I thank those
who brought it out of me.

I know where I want to go
and I’m pushing hard.
I’m part of this family now.
