What is Fika?

Fika is a Swedish concept and an important part of Swedish culture. It means making time for your friends and colleagues to share a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a little something to eat. 

At Strata, we like to host Fika on our sites to give our customers the opportunity to meet with their neighbours either before or after you have moved in. A chance to start building the foundations of a community in the very early stages.

Shared experiences make valuable memories. They create a sense of togetherness, of belonging to something, a sense of community. Sharing experiences with likeminded people on a similar journey allows you to put down roots, while we lay the foundations for your new home.
