Our story
We’re a family-run business with over a century of rich history, and we’re believers in change.
We have carefully curated a group of like-minded people who are passionate not just about excellence in design and construction, but driven by building properties that enable people to truly feel at home. It’s about so much more than just handing over the keys.
We care about the communities we work in and those that we create. We are mindful of our planet and how we use its resources. And our diverse team shares one common goal; to be unafraid to always strive for better to the benefit of the customers who choose to join the Strata family and live their lives in our thoughtfully built homes.
Creating communities
While we’re building homes, we’re also building relationships. We want every customer to get the most from their home, which is why we love to see how they inspire and interact with one another. Through in-person events and online, connections are being made every day that create communities that thrive and grow long after we leave the development.
