Cocktail: Blueberry Gin Buzz

Inspiration

Ingredients

37.5ml Gin
12.5ml Elderflower Liqueur
12.5ml Lemon Juice
25ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Apple Juice
2 tsp Blueberry Jam
3 Mint Sprigs (Garnish)

Method

Fill your chosen glass with ice for a minute or two to get it nice and cold then get your trusty blender and throw all the ingredients in ending with 2 teaspoons of blueberry jam including the ice you have just used in your glass. Blend together until smooth and then pour into the glass finishing with your mint sprigs on top to decorate!
Sit, relax and enjoy with friends!
