The Bordeaux is a beautiful five bedroom home spread over two floors with a modern open plan kitchen, dining and family area making it a great space to spend time with family and friends.

Entering the double height hall of the Bordeaux gives access to a lounge with a central window flooding the room with light. The spacious kitchen, dining and family area is located at the rear of the house with French doors opening onto the garden. The ground floor also benefits from a snug/drawing room, cloakroom and a utility room which is an additional entrance to the house.

Upstairs, leading from a central landing are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own sitting area and fitted wardrobes as well as a large ensuite. There are four other double bedrooms on the first floor, two which have their own ensuite and the floor also hosts a generous sized family bathroom. The Bordeaux also have an integral garage that also has a separate access door to the rear.
 

What makes the Bordeaux different?

The Bordeaux is our most recent five bedroom home design. This stunning home is designed in an L-shape with a floor to ceiling glass window panel at the front of the home that showcases the double height hallway as well as large living room and master bedroom windows letting in plenty of light. The master bedroom sits over the garage and comes with a sitting area and a dressing area and the second bedroom has a modern glass balcony looking out onto the front of the home. There is a double, integral garage that you can also access from the rear.
 

Key features of the Bordeaux

There are many beautiful qualities and key features that comes with the Bordeaux. There is a drawing room, as well as a lounge and a family room too. The back of the home is completely open plan with large windows and French doors leading out onto the back garden, letting plenty of natural light in. Both bedroom two and bedroom three come with an ensuite, as well as the master bedroom that comes with an ensuite, dressing area and sitting area. The integral garage is double, leaving plenty of space for 2 cars.
