Strata secure planning permission for 128 new homes in Seacroft, Leeds

After getting through a competitive selection process, Strata have been selected by Leeds City Council to develop housing at Asket Drive, Seacroft in Leeds. Situated opposite Easterly Road, this development will take place on Brownfield land previously occupied by Maisonettes. The plot sits on one of the most important road routes into Leeds City Centre, making it an ideal location for commuters. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to turn this area into a modern development containing 128 two, three and four bedroom houses. 

Strata have previously built developments in Leeds, including the popular city centre 'Flaunt' development earlier this year. We are loking forward to working closely with Leeds City Council Planning Department, local communities and businesses to create new local jobs and training opportunities. We are due to begin construction work on the project in January 2016, with properties available to purchase on the Government's Help to Buy Scheme. By building a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes we hope to appeal to both first and second time buyers.
