We are officially five star homebuilders! And we’d like to say a massive thank you to our customers for helping us achieve the highest accolade you can in homebuilding. 

The results, from a national customer satisfaction survey, saw 95.7% of our customers say they are happy with the quality of their new home and would recommend us to a friend. 

We are just one of 14 homebuilders in the UK to achieve the accolade for the period October 2014 to September 2015, so we are incredibly proud of this achievement.

What it means to you

The Home Builders Federation and National House Building Council send out a survey to new home buyers throughout the country every year. It’s not compulsory for homebuilders to sign up to the scheme, but we’re always keen to make sure our customers are satisfied with the level of service we provide.

Results of the star ratings are based on how many people answer ‘yes’ to the question: Would you recommend your builder to a friend? If more than 90% of customers agree to the statement, the builder is given a five-star rating. 

Customer satisfaction 

Strata Chief Executive Andrew Weaver says: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so we’re proud and honoured that 95.7% said they would recommend us to a friend.

“The five-star status is a great achievement and testament to the hard work of everyone at Strata, from our Customer Experience Managers to the Customer Care team.

“It’s also a chance to say thank you to all our customers who have supported us along the way."
