Supporting Charities

At Strata, giving back is at the core of who we are. Each year, we choose a Charity of the Year and challenge ourselves to go above and beyond in supporting them and raising funds. 

In 2023, we're proud to partner with B:friend, a local charity dedicated to ending loneliness and isolation among the elderly. B:friend connect volunteers with elderly neighbours, organises engaging social clubs, and even offers once-in-a-lifetime opportunities like performing on stage at the theatre! And trust us, the Strata Family has taken on some incredible adventures to support our cause—from jumping out of planes to recording a Christmas single to conquering Europe's fastest zip line and even kayaking across Yorkshire over three days.

School Partnerships

We nurture talent, embrace diversity and encourage new thinking within our team members…so why not continue that with the younger generations? 

You can often find Strata members heading over to schools all around Yorkshire and the Midlands to provide talks at career fairs, volunteering to assist with mock interviews with pupils, providing demonstrations and so much more. 

We love to inspire students and spread the word about the vast variety of opportunities found within our Industry. From bricklaying and joinery to interior design and digital marketing, we are here to help everyone flourish!
